Due to limited parking at the venue itself, we recommend taking the provided sprinter van from either the hotel or Hogback park and ride 18560 US 40. We have rented a sprinter van that will arrive at the Residence Inn Marriott at 3:20 to pick people up and will immediately proceed to the Hogback park and ride which is about 7 minutes away from the hotel. People staying at the courtyard Marriott will need to come over to residence inn Marriott to get the sprinter van . Van will will make two runs to both hotel and park and ride to get people up the mountain to the venue. It will do the same thing between 9:30 and 11:30 pm to get people back down the mountain to either their car at park and ride or back to the hotel. Sprinter van company is West Wing Limo! It can hold 14 people at a time. There is some parking at the venue but if you plan to drink and be leaving after dark, please have a designated driver or use sprinter van! Tips for driver of sprinter van are appreciated!
