Yes, our ceremony will be outdoors in a grass/garden area, followed by a cocktail hour at the venue's terrace, and then the dinner reception in the venue's ballroom.
Complimentary parking is available in the venue’s large lot. Please note: the property is within a gated community. At the entrance, let the attendant know you’re here for the MEJIA WEDDING.
Please arrive by 4:00pm to participate in our guest tree, catch up with friends & family, and find a seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.
We have hired a wonderful team of photographers and videographers to take photos & videos of our ceremony. We encourage you to be present with us as we exchange our vows. While the ceremony is an "unplugged" moment, we highly encourage you to take photos & videos during Cocktail hour and the Reception and share them with us. QR code to our album will be shared!
Yes, hors d'oeuvres and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be served during cocktail hour to hold you over until the dinner service.
Yes, a plated dinner will be served during the dinner service. Please indicate one entree for each adult. Children (ages 12 and under) will be served a kid's plate.
