How do I book my room?¿Cómo reservo mi cuarto?
Answer
All wedding guests are required to book through our official room block with Yellow Umbrella Events to be part of our wedding events. Please go to the TRAVEL section on our website to book your rooms. Please do not book directly with the hotel or through third-party sites (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.), as those reservations will not be included in our group. If you do not book in the room block through Yellow Umbrella Events, you will not be able to attend the wedding and/or wedding-related events. No offsite guests will be permitted, no exceptions. Plus, we (Karla and Uriel) get a significant fine if guests do not book properly. Debe reservar a través del bloque de habitaciones de Yellow Umbrella Events, no por ningún otro método, ni siquiera directamente con el hotel. Si no reserva a través de Yellow Umbrella Events. No se permitirán invitados externos, sin excepciones. Además, nosotros (Karla y Uriel) recibimos una multa considerable si los invitados no reservan correctamente.

We would love to see our family and friends dressed elegantly for our special day! The dress code is semi-formal. Please do not wear white or cream. Do I have to stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico? ¿Debo hospedarme en el Hotel Xcaret México?

Yes! The package with Hotel Xcaret Mexico requires that 100% of wedding guests stay for at least 3 nights. Rooms must be reserved via Yellow Umbrella Events, for which we have sent you a link. This is a strict requirement of attending the wedding. If we find you booked outside the room block, you will not be able to attend. ¡Sí! El paquete con el Hotel Xcaret México requiere que el 100% de los invitados a la boda se hospeden al menos 3 noches. Los cuartos deben reservarse a través de Yellow Umbrella Events, para lo cual le hemos enviado un enlace. Este es un requisito indispensable para asistir a la boda. Answer
A minimum of 3 nights is required. Your reservation must be made through Yellow Umbrella Events, not independently on the hotel website or a third-party site. Se requiere un mínimo de 3 noches. Can I bring a guest who is not staying at the hotel?¿Puedo traer a un invitado que no se hospeda en el hotel?

No. Any outside guests at the wedding or any wedding events will be denied entry. All guests must stay in the room block at Hotel Xcaret México. Outside guests are also never permitted inside guest rooms. This can result in removal from the property for both parties. No. No se permite entrada a ningún invitado externo a la boda. Hotel Xcaret México operates on an All-Fun Inclusive® plan, which means food, drinks, and most resort activities are included in your room rate. Wi-Fi is also included throughout the hotel. Additional charges apply to spa treatments, laundry, and telephone calls — these are billed to each guest individually. El Hotel Xcaret México opera con un plan Todo Incluido®, lo que significa que la comida, las bebidas y la mayoría de las actividades del resort están incluidas en la tarifa de su habitación. Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Hotel Xcaret México is located on the Riviera Maya, about 45–60 minutes south of Cancún airport along Highway 307. It sits near Playa del Carmen at Carretera Chetumal-Puerto Juárez, KM 282. Vuele al Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún (CUN). How do I get from the airport to the hotel? ¿Cómo llego del aeropuerto al hotel?

Transportation to the resort and back to the airport will already be reserved for you, as long as you provide us (Yellow Umbrella Events) with your flight info. Yes! A valid passport is required to enter Mexico. US citizens do not need a visa for tourist stays of up to 180 days, but must complete a tourist card (FMM) upon arrival. Bring your passport as your official ID. You'll need it at check-in and at any resort events. Keep it in the in-room safe. ¡Sí! Se requiere un pasaporte válido para ingresar a México. Los ciudadanos estadounidenses no necesitan visa para estadías turísticas de hasta 180 días, pero deben completar una tarjeta de turista (FMM) al llegar. Traiga su pasaporte como identificación oficial. Lo necesitará al registrarse y en cualquier evento del resort. Guárdelo en la caja fuerte de su habitación.
