Justin and Kylie met while bowling. Kylie was bowling with two of her friends, one of those friends being her maid of honor, Courtney. Justin just so happened to be bowling by himself. Courtney and Kylie would notice how good of a bowler he is and would “strike” up a conversation. After a few Sunday night bowling trips Justin and Kylie would lose touch but all it took was Kylie bleaching her hair for Justin to "roll into her DMs" again. And well now the rest is history.

Justin and Kylie were up in Stillwater, visiting family for Christmas. Kylie shared multiple times how Christmas in Stillwater has always been a favorite since it is truly just a hallmark Christmas movie location in her mind. Justin took note of that and planned an evening to walk around downtown Stillwater and the walking bridge to Wisconsin, to look at all the Christmas lights. Or at least that’s what Kylie thought. They had barely started to walk the bridge, and Justin popped the question! With the cool air, the slushy snow on the ground, and a smile from ear to ear Kylie said YES! His lovely cousin, Lexi, there to capture all the love and happiness. It was truly a Hallmark Christmas movie scene.
