When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by July 15th. Due to venue deadlines, guests who do not RSVP by this date will be marked as unable to attend.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a hotel room block. The booking link can be found under the Travel section of our website. Please note that the room block expires on July 16th, and a limited number of rooms have been reserved. We encourage guests to book their accommodations as soon as possible, as availability cannot be guaranteed once the block is full or after the reservation deadline.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we recommend our guests to dress in formal attire.

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Guests are kindly requested to arrive at 5:00 pm for a 5:30 pm ceremony. Cocktail hour will follow at 6:00 pm, with the reception to commence at 7:00 pm and end at 11:00pm.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but our celebration will be adults-only unless your children are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Guests are limited to those listed on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. If not, we hope you’ll still join us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding?

Yes. Shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and the venue. See Travel for additional details.

Complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Following the reception, we’ll be continuing the celebration back at the ALOFT hotel bar for an informal after party. As this will be a cash bar, we hope you’ll still join us! Shuttle service will be provided from the venue to the hotel.
