When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

12:00 for a 12:30 start.

From 18:30.

The official party ends at midnight, the afterparty ends whenever you decide or get told to shut up!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to guest limitations, only kids who are family members or wedding party are invited to the ceremony and afternoon meal. However, kids are very welcome to attend the evening party!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, loads! Guests with camper vans are also welcome to stay in the hotel carpark overnight.

Are there any other organised events during the weekend?

Answer

Matthew will be organising a Sunday post-breakfast hike from the venue up to the nearby Loch Brandy at 12:00. It is a short but moderate hike (suitable for most people) which provides spectacular views down the glen on a clear day. Please bring walking boots, warm clothes, a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves. Laura will stay at the venue to hang out with those that prefer something a little more relaxing or with sore heads! There is also the option to arrange whisky tasting or Highland Games through the venue. Please let us know if this is something you are interested in.

Will the venue be open the rest of the weekend?

Answer

Yes, the venue will be open as normal all weekend. You will be able to grab food or drinks during any of the normal opening times of the restaurant, bar or bothy.
