Our block is now closed. We reserved 5 extra rooms in case anyone forgot to book before the deadline, so please reach out to us directly if you need a room and we will transfer it to you. Otherwise we are going to release the rooms.
There are no restrictions.
Cocktail, semi-formal or formal attire is all acceptable. (Tuxes or suits for men, and gowns, cocktail dresses or jumpsuits for women.) The bridal party will be wearing a mix of cabernet, dusty rose and gold.
Our ceremony begins promptly at 2pm, so please arrive between 1:30 and 1:45pm. Our reception begins at 6:30pm, and you can arrive any time after 6pm.
There will be shuttles from the hotel to the reception at 5:45pm, and back again at the end of the night. There is also ample, free parking available at the church, hotel and reception.
Cocktail hour is our favorite, so we extended ours from 6:30-8pm. Dinner and dancing will follow from 8pm to midnight. We're so excited to celebrate with you and for you to find out why we fell in love with Bellport Country Club!!!
Quite a few people have asked us this LOL! Despite the date, this is NOT a Halloween themed wedding, sorry!

Yes, there will be a casual after party in the hotel lobby for the night owls.
Yes, we’ll be hosting a catered dinner for all guests staying at the hotel Friday night. If you’d like, please join us in the Garden Room on the ground floor of the hotel at 7:15pm. Attire is neat/casual.
We will not be having a formal breakfast, but guests will be given a voucher to purchase food at the hotel if interested.
