Question

How should I RSVP and what is the deadline?

Answer

Please let us know if you're coming by filling out the RSVP tab here on our website no later than May 9th. After that date, we will automatically assume you cannot make it. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

For our wedding day, we invite you to dress in Black Tie Optional attire. Gentlemen can opt for dark suits or tuxedos, while ladies are encouraged to wear elegant midi or maxi length gowns. We love the idea of colorful dresses, so feel free to express your personal summer style with color.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the Travel tab for details of our hotel block at Le Meridien Clayton. The deadline to book with our rate is May 18th. If this hotel doesn't work for you, there are several other hotel options in the Clayton area.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Though we love your kiddos, we’ve limited our wedding to just those explicitly listed on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony: There will be self-serve parking available in the lot and along the street at The Highlands Golf & Tennis for the ceremony. Reception: If you choose to drive yourself to the reception at Saint Louis Club, there will be complimentary parking in the attached garage- which is the garage labeled CENTENE PLAZA PARKING 4 at the intersection of Lyle Avenue and Forsyth Boulevard. Take a ticket at the garage entrance and take an immediate right up the ramp. Please park on LEVEL 5 near the club's main entrance, in any spot, even those labeled "Centene Reserved". Don't forget to bring your ticket with you so the club can validate your parking. You will be guided from here to our cocktail hour on the terrace. All other guests without vehicles will enter the big revolving doors at 7676 Forsyth Blvd. Right inside the revolving doors, there is an elevator lobby to the left, where you will be greeted by the Saint Louis Club staff. You will take the elevator to LEVEL 5 and be guided to our cocktail hour on the terrace.

Is the ceremony outdoors? What about weather?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors and last approximately 30 minutes, set on a turf surface. In the event of inclement weather, we will promptly update the Schedule tab with any necessary alternative arrangements.
