(No host food or drinks) We will be eating at Joelle's favorite lunch spot followed by some beach fun! This will be our welcoming party! Joelle can not wait to celebrate with you all ! :) Time TBD

Joelle's Graduation Ceremony

PLEASE NOTE: There is no shuttle provided to the ceremony. However, there will be a shuttle provided after the ceremony. Seats at the stadium are first come first serve. "A Little Something for Joelle" Graduation day will be focused on the lei ceremony, where Joelle will receive leis as a symbol of respect and achievement. Please note that no boxed gifts will be exchanged on graduation day—just leis to honor the occasion. Feel free to make fun signs to help Joelle spot you from your seats during the ceremony! Joelle looks forward to celebrating with everyone!

A traditional Hawaiian lei ceremony often takes place after a graduation ceremony. In Hawaii, it is customary for family and friends to present graduates with leis as a way of celebrating their achievement. What Happens During a Lei Ceremony? After the formal graduation ceremony, graduates typically gather in a designated area where their loved ones place leis around their necks. It’s common to see graduates covered in multiple leis, sometimes even up to their eyes! What Does It Mean? Leis symbolize love, respect, congratulations, and good luck. The tradition reflects the Hawaiian spirit of aloha—a deep sense of love, connection, and appreciation. Please be prompt we will be leaving at 12:15pm with the transportation shuttle!!!
Joelle's Lunch After Graduation

The attire will be the same as for the ceremony, as we will be heading straight to lunch afterwards.
(Transportation included) We’ll be celebrating Joelle’s graduation with Lunch together at Monkey Pod, located in Ko Olina, on May 17th, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. We'll enjoy a delicious meal with live music. After the graduation ceremony.

We’re kicking things off with good vibes, great company, and plenty of food & drinks (yes, it’s all included 🥂🍴) — plus live music to set the mood! 🎶 We’ll wrap up the night in style at The Hideout at The Laylow — a trendy rooftop bar & lounge with a DJ spinning the perfect graduation soundtrack. 🌆💃 Transportation not included — but your best dance moves and celebration energy definitely are! Let’s raise a glass to Joelle and party under the island stars! 🌟🍾
