No. The ceremony is in Safety Harbor located 25 minutes from the Hyatt Regency in Clearwater. Please make arrangements to arrive at the ceremony prior to the wedding weekend and feel free to give the bride or groom a call with any questions!
The couple is registered at Zola, Macys, Bed Bath & Beyond, Royal Caribbean, and Pottery Barn.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or your Sunday best. The gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Central Florida will be significantly warmer than you are used to but it is still January (think early spring).
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors while the Hors d'oeuvre Hour is on an outdoor terrace.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour before heading to Clearwater for more photos. Guests can head back to the hotel to relax before Hors d'oeuvre Hour begins on the Bellaire Terrace at 5:00pm. Feel free to rest in your room, take a stroll on the beach, or check out the marina!
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
We recommend that you plan to arrive at least thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get started as scheduled!
Parking at the Harborside Chapel is complimentary! The Hyatt Regency is giving a discounted rate of $25 to park for overnight guests staying at the hotel and special event parking for $10 for others guests. (If you are staying at a different hotel in Clearwater you may be walking distance or able to ride the free trolly!)
Please RSVP on this website by December 4, 2019
The bride and groom request that you please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Please feel free to take and post any photos at the reception you would like!
