Born a few months apart, they have been partners in mischief for as long as they have memories, including a telepathic connection that's unbeatable in Pictionary! Bob is John's only sibling, but growing up on an avocado grove with many cousins, provided plenty of stories of shenanigans, including a death-defying retreat from a man-eating horse named "Dusty", and being a temporary landlord for all kinds of snakes/lizards. Never a dull moment or left a trail unexplored!!

Jen, AKA "Hoops" or "Sis" to Deanna, is a lifelong kindred spirit. Bonding over a feeling like they were both the sister they never had, they remained friends after working together at a Boys and Girls Club Camp in the the 90s. Drifting through different cities, degrees, and careers, their connection has never diminished, no matter the distance or time passed.
