Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Glastonbury Boathouse. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 and the reception to follow!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors on the beautiful riverfront (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors!

The Glastonbury Boathouse has ample parking space for guests and there are no parking fees.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and adhere to capacity limitations. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

There is a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn for guests located at 85 Glastonbury Blvd, Glastonbury, CT 06033. Book rooms at exclusive rates using the following link: http://group.hiltongardeninn.com/UnderwoodIrvineWedding. Other hotels in the area include Days Inn, Comfort Inn, and Holiday Inn.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

During the reception there will be a full bar, passed horderves, stationary appetizers, food stations, and assorted desserts! Please contact us to make us aware of any dietary restrictions!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

There will be a shuttle service from the Hilton Garden Inn to the venue and back! More details on scheduled times to come..
