Kick off the wedding weekend with champagne, pit-master barbecue, and a touch of Western flair under the barn lights. Round trip transportation will be provided from the Turning Stone to the welcome party. Hale Transportation Buses will be leaving Turning Stone at 5:00pm. They will be picking up from The Crescent at 5:15pm sharp, the Lodge and Sandstone at 5:25pm, the Tower and the Hampton Inn at 5:35pm. Return transportation from the Barn to Turning Stone /Hampton Inn will begin at 8pm and run on the hour. The trip is approximately 25 minutes.

We invite you to join us for a welcome drink at the Lodge Lobby Bar at 4:15pm (ID required). Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony. Note for the ladies - ceremony is on the grass so please wear appropriate footwear!
