What is an UNPLUGGED Ceremony

Answer

We ask that our guests please put away phones and cameras until after the ceremony for you could be in the moment with us! We have hired an AMAZING photographer to help us capture our wedding and will be more than happy to share the images with you once we receive them!

We ask that our guest list remain by invitation only

Answer

We ask that you respect our wishes on our wedding day and not invite outside our guest list. We understand the traditions of weddings and how exciting it may be and a HUGE deal it could be. Respectfully, we will ask those who show up without invitation to leave the premises. If you are not okay with these terms, we do apologize as this is our wedding and we ask for one day for our wishes to be respected

Dress Attire

Black Tie/ Formal, please refrain from wearing jeans and sneakers, we would like for you to look your best! We look forward to seeing you dolled up and groomed with us!

Accommodation

Answer

We have set rooms aside for the Hassayampa Inn and Hampton Inn for our guests. Guests will have to call the front desk mention Acosta Wedding to make reservations accordingly. If you don’t wish to stay at either of these accommodations please contact us or the front desk as a courtesy to let us know you won’t be needing the room. Please refer to the Travel page on our website for contact information.

Will the wedding take place indoors our outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors underneath the Kieckheifer Ramada on paved areas surrounded by breathtaking nature! You are more than welcome to explore the trails during the weekend. We took the time to make accommodations close to the venue if you wish to spend the weekend.

Do we have a wedding registry?

Answer

Registry was created for being part of the experience in wedding planning and wanting to push buttons “ooh” & “ahh”!!! Family is our greatest gift and your presence is more than enough for us, gift or not we would love for you to share our special day with us!
