Please leave a message on their voicemail or send them an email if you do not get through as they may be on the phones with other clients. Please allow 72 business hours for a member of their staff to return your phone call or email.

What are the visa requirements for Mexico if I am traveling from outside the US or Canada?

What is covered with our booking at the resort?
Answer
Your stay at Dreams Bahia Mita during the wedding dates will include: 1. All inclusive accommodations at Dreams Bahia Mita, including meals, drinks and activities as defined by the resort. Additionally, special food will be catered for all wedding events. 2. All taxes, fees and tips, bellman and housekeeping fees. 3. Waived Private Event Fees.

Which airport do we fly into?
Answer
If you are booking your own airfare, please fly into Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR). Guests can work with Indian Destination Wedding to obtain airfare pricing and book airfare directly with the agency or can book airfare on their own.

What is the best way to get to the resort from the airport?
Answer
Arrival transfers from the airport to the hotel are being provided by the couple. Departure Transfer on own – you can opt to book a private transfer through our travel concierge, Indian Destination Wedding, or arrange a cab. You will be sent an email 90 days prior to arrival to submit your flight info using the form in that email. Please have your flights booked by that time. Baggage Allowance – The transfer vehicle allows for one check-in suitcase and one carry-on per passenger. If you will have more luggage than the allowed amount, please let Indian Destination Wedding know immediately by emailing them at transfers@indiandestinationwedding.com so they can make arrangements for you.

What activities for children are available at the Resort?
Answer
The Dreams Bahia Mita resort is a very child friendly resort with facilities in place to cater to your children’s needs. The resort houses a fully functional daycare service and personal childcare is also available if needed (please inquire for details). Let us make it as memorable an occasion for both adults and the kids.
