Our ceremony and reception are at Boxed and Burlap in Delavan WI. The address is: 2935 Wisconsin 67 Delavan WI NOTE - please go to the Boxed and burlap location on WI 67 - not the downtown location. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30, please arrive early to get seated - and grab a free coffee at the venues coffee house! Coffee and tea will be free for guests all night!
Shuttle times - to venue: Lake Lawn Lodge 3:30 pm French country inn 4:00 pm We will have a shuttle between lake lawn resort, the French country inn and the venue at the beginning and end of the night. If you stay at another location there will not be transport. Please allow for extra time as one shuttle will be transporting guests between locations. Ubers are available but limited in the lake Geneva area so please allow for extra time when using this service
Yes - Boxed and Burlap has a large parking lot. You may leave your car there overnight and get it before 11:00 AM Sunday if needed. The venue security will assist with parking, so please follow their guidance.
The dress code is cocktail attire. Remember to bring a jacket and grass friendly shoes. Weather permitting the ceremony will be in the grass.
Yes, our hotel room block is at Lake Lawn Resort and the French country inn. Both are now closed but if you call the hotels and ask for the Borst/Umlauf wedding block they may still honor the prices.
While we love your kids, our wedding is adults only - excluding our bridal party. Thank you for understanding!

The bonfire is at Lake Lawn Lodge at the Horse shoe fire pit. The fire pits are located by the pier - if you walk on the path back from the registration desk twords the pool and the lake you will see the peir. Then turn to the left and follow the path. We will be at the second fire pit.
