We recommend flying into Asheville Regional Airport, which is about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville.
We’ve organized a shuttle to get you from the hotel to the venue and back. Please see the schedule section of the website for more details!
Yes! There’s plenty of parking at the venue for those who would like to drive. However, we are offering shuttles to and from the venue/downtown. Please see the schedule page for locations and timing.
No worries, there are lots of nearby places to stay. We’ve shared a few great alternatives on the Travel page, just in case.
The wedding attire is formal/semi-formal. The ceremony will be in an open air but covered chapel. Cocktail hour will be outside. Asheville is typically beautiful in October, but please check the weather to ensure you are warm enough! All outdoor areas have covered options if needed. The reception will be indoors.
We’d love it if you avoided white, ivory, or anything too close to the wedding party colors (champagne) just to keep the photos looking fab.
Just click the RSVP link on our homepage by September 6th, 2026. It takes less than a minute!
If your invite says “and guest,” yes! Otherwise, we’re keeping things cozy and can’t accommodate extra guests - thanks for understanding. We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only event. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off!
Please see the schedule page for the weekend schedule!!
