4:30 PM – Guests may begin arriving & waiting in the lobby 5:00 PM – Seating opens (please arrive on time!) If needed, shuttle carts are available at this time to transport guests to the arbor from the base of the staircase/start of the cart path 5:30 PM – Bride & Groom Grand Entrance (promptly)
