Kindly RSVP by July 14, 2025.
For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.
Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors in the garden, while reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
Please try to arrive at the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park at 5:00pm. The ceremony will be held at a waterfall within the gardens. There will be 3 separate shuttles to bring guests to the waterfall. Any late comers will have to wait on the sidelines until the coordinator can seat them.
We have reserved a room block at Sonesta Hotel Grand Rapids Airport. Use the link provided on our travel tab or mention the Joyce and Matthew Trebonsky wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.
The dress code is semi-formal. Suit jackets aren’t required, as it is an outdoor ceremony. Expect flowing silhouettes, pastels, florals, and sensible shoes suitable for walking on grass
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation
We love your children, but due to financial restrictions, we cannot accommodate children besides those of our immediate family.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree.
There will be meal options for people with dietary restrictions. Please reach out to us with your restrictions and we will contact our coordinator about your meals. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
Our registry can be found on our Zola website. There is also a link to our registry with Amazon on the Zola page.
We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
