The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What time will the ceremony take place?

The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. Cocktail hour and reception start immediately after

Will transportation be provided? What time is the Shuttle available from?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to ceremony/reception from the Holiday Inn Hamburg location and back at the end of the night. Shuttle will pick guest up from Holiday Inn Hamburg at 2:40pm-(for immediate family), 3:30 pm and then at 4:10pm before the ceremony. Shuttle will pick guest up from Avanti Mansion and return to Holiday Inn Hamburg at 10pm, 10:40pm and 11:15pm

Yes, there will be plenty of parking at the venue

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. After the reception will be held inside.
