What's the deadline to confirm my attendance?
Answer
Please RSVP By June 15, 2026. If your plans change, please notify us as soon as you can.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:15. You will be guided to the foyer of the reception hall until the chapel is opened for seating.
Question
Is transportation available?
Answer
There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue, and we will post details here. The bus can transport 25 guests, with tentative plans for a 3:30 and 3:55 hotel pick up. If you have a larger group at an Airbnb and would like to use the shuttle, please let us know. The bus will make unlimited return trips, and you can also call for earlier pickup whenever you are ready to depart the venue. We want everyone to get home safely! Is there a dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to dress in polished, semi-formal attire. For men, suits or dress shirts with slacks are perfect. For ladies, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy separates are welcome. Choose outfits that feel elegant, yet comfortable, for celebrating with us!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We know July can be warm, so both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. We will enjoy a brief outdoor cocktail hour following the ceremony.

Can I bring my children or a plus one?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation with a confirmed RSVP.

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?
Answer
You will be able to indicate any allergies on your RSVP.

Is there on-site parking?
Answer
There is plenty of parking and a golf cart will be making rounds to bring you to the main entrance.

May I bring in alcohol?
Answer
We will have a variety of beverages for you to enjoy responsibly. TABC regulations strictly prohibit outside alcohol. Per the venue, any outside alcohol will result in the guest(s) removal from the property.
