What is the dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our family all dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire; think knee to floor length dresses or slacks and button down shirts. Please no jeans, polos, and of course no wearing white. Pinterest inspiration: https://pin.it/6Q287T36z

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue’s capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kid(s)?
Answer
While we absolutely love your children, please take this night to enjoy date night on us for this adults-only reception. Select children will be accommodated on an invitation only basis, please refer to your personal invitation for further clarification. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Can we take our own pictures and videos throughout the day?
Answer
Our ceremony at the gardens will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no photos or videos taken. You are more than welcome to take as many photos and videos as you’d like after the ceremony and during the reception! We’d especially appreciate if you shared your favorites with us!

Where can I find the gift registry?
Answer
Short answer: we don’t have one! We are honored and excited to celebrate our special day with our loved ones! Your presence and well wishes are the most meaningful gifts we could ask for. If you are planning on bringing a gift, we kindly request monetary contributions to our future as opposed to physical items. There is a virtual fund under the registry tab and there will also be a card box at the wedding reception. We have limited space in our small apartment and have the goal of moving abroad in the short term future!

Where should we stay?
Answer
Due to hotel requirements, we don’t have a room block, but the best location to stay would likely be the Embassy Suites in downtown Rockford.
