Please arrive by 5:45pm for a prompt 6:00pm start.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is ample onsite parking, however, we encourage anyone who plans to indulge in the open beer and wine bar to Uber or Lyft. There is also a complementary first come, first served shuttle for guests staying at the Doubletree. Please inquire with the hotel staff for more information.
