When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by the beginning of August so we can make appropriate arrangements for all of the guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive promptly at 4:30pm to make the most use of the time we have at the Venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is lots of parking available! There will also be a parking attendant to help guide you in the right direction.

Are kids welcome?

We would like to take this opportunity to make this a date night for all the parents out there. If you have any questions or concerns about it, feel free to get a hold of us.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal please! We would like to make this a beautiful evening out for everyone.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel recommendations can be found on the travel tab of the website. We also recommend Airbnb if that's something you are comfortable with.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be any shuttles from the hotels but there is plenty of parking at Galway Downs and Ubers/Lyfts are pretty easy to get in that area.
