To help us plan, RSVP to the event as soon as possible. You can RSVP on this website, or your invitation will include a QR Code to RSVP. However, the deadline to RSVP is May 24, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a "No. " We need to provide the venue with a total guest count on time; we hope you can understand.
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please choose "Will NOT Attend" on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but can no longer make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.
Yes! We would love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Please visit the "Guest Attire Inspo" tab at the top of the page for our section on wedding attire details, including what is and is not appropriate for the wedding.
As much as we love your little ones, this wedding is exclusively for adults, except for immediate family who are a part of our wedding party.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specially addressed within the subject line of the email invitation. Otherwise, we kindly request that only the individuals named in the invitation be in attendance. Thank you for the understanding.
The wedding will occur on Saturday, July 12, 2024, at Cameron Park Clubhouse. The ceremony and reception will take place here.
Yes, as the sun will be shining and the Texas heat will be present, the ceremony will be held outside ONLY. The reception will be inside a cool and fanned building. Please ensure you dress appropriately and stay hydrated throughout the day.
Please arrive at the ceremony by 2:45 pm to ensure you are comfortably seated before the ceremony promptly starts at 3:00 pm.
Yes, you are welcome to take photos and videos during the wedding. However, please be reminded that we want you all to be present with us in the moment. So keep the pictures and videos to a minimum. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. We will have a QR code available for you to scan, allowing you to share your lovely pictures and videos with us.
Since the ceremony and reception take place in a public area, there is plenty of parking. You can park directly next to the Cameron Park clubhouse or across from it near a pavilion named Miss Nettie's Pretty Palace, providing further parking options. Additionally, there is parking available adjacent to the public park, located near the ceremony and reception venue.
No! No alcohol is permitted at this event. We want to be able to remember our special day clearly and wish the same for you! If you would like to change this option, please contact the bride and groom to help contribute to the alcohol fund and cover the required supervision for this venue.
Having you with us on our wedding day is the greatest blessing! If you wish to support us further, please visit the "Registry" tab at the top of the page. It includes various options we hope to use as we begin our journey together as newlyweds. If you'd like to contribute funds on the day, we will have a card box at the reception, it's completely optional!
