Answer
Please make sure your passports are valid upon entry and for at least 6 months from your return date! If you need to get your passport renewed, renew it now! Your passport number changes when you renew it meaning you cannot book international travel with your current passport number. Renewal times are extremely delayed, so please renew your passport ASAP if it is going to expire before or within 6 months of your return date.

We recommend arriving at least a couple days in advance so you can get adjusted to the time change.

Where should I stay in Florence?
Answer
Stay wherever is most convenient and affordable for you! We will follow up with hotel recommendations that are central and close to the shuttle pickup/dropoff location. It is not a requirement to stay at the Westin Excelsior. This is just where the shuttle pickup and dropoff are.

How will I get to the wedding venue?
Answer
Transportation will be provided from Florence to the wedding venue, Borgo Corsignano. The shuttles are picking up from The Westin Excelsior in Florence at 1:00pm sharp. The venue is ~ 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Florence in the Italian countryside, so we can’t stress enough how important it is to be here on time as this is the only means to get there.

The bridesmaids are wearing a range of colors from champagne to terracotta and everything in between. If possible, please avoid blush, peach, burnt orange, champagne and terracotta on the wedding day.

Friday Welcome Dinner: Cocktail Nice sundresses / cocktail dresses (short or long) for the women and dress pants and dress shirts for the men (jacket or tie are optional). NOTE: We will be on cobblestone for the event, so please plan shoes accordingly. Saturday Wedding: Semi-Formal Nice cocktail, long dresses, or jumpsuits for the women // and suits, nice jackets, long sleeve button-down shirts, or tuxes for the men. We will be on grass for the ceremony and cobblestone for the aperitif & reception. Please plan shoes accordingly. Sunday Pool Party: Casual Bathing suits & pool attire Sunday Farewell Dinner: Casual Whatever you'd like!
