What dates should I book for travel and accommodations?

The celebrations kick off on May 15 with our welcome pool party. Our ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 16 at 4:30 PM.

Where should I book accommodations?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to stay with us at the JW Marriott so we can enjoy the entire weekend together. We’ve secured an exclusive rate with the hotel just for our guests. If you would like to stay elsewhere, we recommend staying at the Drift Hotel San Jose Del Cabo 20 minutes away. You will need to secure your own transportation if staying outside of the hotel.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is March 4, 2026.

Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that our invitations be limited to the guests listed on the invitations. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested for guests. For women, think full/ankle length dresses. For men, a suit and tie is perfect.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We want everyone there, including the little ones. If you'd like to enjoy the evening hands-free, the hotel offers nanny and babysitting services that we can help arrange.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will be missed! We ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes" but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Maddie at 512-626-4375.

What is Cabo vs San Jose?

Answer

There are two cities that share the Baja Peninsula: San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Our wedding is taking place in San Jose! Cabo San Lucas is a 30-60 minute drive from our hotel.
