How to book room reservations?

Answer

All the wedding festivities will take place at Sandals Ochi. Contact a Sandals agent at 1-877-SANDALS. We strongly suggest calling to book reservations, rather than booking online. Don't forget to use our group code WG19139005. Apply a 10% police, military, firefighter, and FEMA employee discount if applicable. You must present an ID at the resort.

How to rebook room reservations?

Answer

Contact a Sandals agent to rebook your room reservation. If you booked via phone, call 1-877-SANDALS ext: 2182. For reservations booked online call 1-877-SANDALS ext: 6433. All deposits and payments will be applied to the new reservation. Don't forget to use our group code WG19139005. Also, remember to reapply your 10% savings for police, military, firefighter, and FEMA employees if applicable. You must present ID at the resort.

How much will it cost to attend the wedding?

Answer

Below is the starting price for Sandals Ochi. The pricing reflects guest room pricing for the Riviera Bamboo Grove Premium - PR for double occupancy. This is the total price per room (for 2 people) with food, drinks, airport transfers, and activities included. 4 days/3 nights: $1,418.60 ($709.30 per person) 5 days/4 nights: $1,894.84 ($947.42 per person) 6 days/5 nights: $2,351.00 ($1,175.50 per person) Additional 10% savings for police, military, firefighter, and FEMA employees. You must present ID at the resort.

What days to book at Sandals Ochi?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive Thursday, August 12th and depart Sunday, August 15th to participate in all wedding activities. You are welcome to stay shorter or longer.

Is there a payment plan option?

Answer

START YOUR PAYMENT PLAN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! $98 dollars is due at the time of reservation booking. An additional $302.45 is due 21 days after booking. You may create a payment plan with the wedding concierge. The remaining funds are due 45 days before arrival.

Is there transportation to and from the airport to the resort?

Are passports required?

Answer

Yes, you must have a valid passport to travel to Jamaica. Jamaica will not permit a traveler to enter the country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel. That means if your passport expires before February 15, 2022 you should renew it before the wedding!

Do I need to take a COVID test to travel internationally?

Answer

Yes, you must be tested twice to travel to Jamaica. First, no more than 3 days before travel. Second, no more than 3 days before returning. As per CDC guidelines, you are required to show a negative COVID test result no more than 3 days before departure from the U.S. Home test kits are NOT approved. Additional details can be found at visitjamaica.com. You are also required to present a negative COVID test result no more than 3 days before departure from Jamaica. What documentation do I need to travel to Jamaica?

Answer

Seven days before departure, complete the Travel Authorization form. Three days before departure, take a COVID test. Walgreens has free Rapid Diagnostic 24 hour test. Appointments can be made 3-4 days before intended testing date at https://www.walgreens.com/findcare/covid19/testing. On the day of travel, you must present your valid passport (cannot expire within 6 months of last day of travel), Travel Authorization form, negative COVID test result, proof of travel insurance automatically provided by Sandals. It is recommended you print all important documents.

What COVID-19 measures are in place at Sandals to ensure my safety?

Sandals Resorts has adhered to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety protocol. * Quality Inspection Teams and environmental health and safety managers to oversee new cleaning procedures to protect every guest and team member. * Precautionary temperature check upon arrival to the resort. * Online resort check-in to skip front desk upon arrival. * Social distance practices in place. * All team members wear gloves and protective face masks. * Full-service medical stations staffed daily with a registered nurse and 24/7 on-call medical personnel. * Exclusive private airport lounges to escape crowded airports. * Reduced number of guests during private airport transfers to and from the resort. What is the dress code on the resort?

Answer

Casual beachwear is fine for most areas of the resort; however, some restaurants have a dress code. Casual Resort Wear: Shorts or jeans, t-shirts or polo shirts. Swimwear must be covered. Shirts and footwear required. Resort Evening Attire: Dress pants or jeans for men, long or short sleeve dress shirts (with or without collar). Dress shoes or sandals. No shorts, t-shirts, sleeveless shirts, sneakers, flip flops or slippers. No hats.
