What should I wear?

An excuse to dress up? We think yes! Cocktail attire requested. Kindly, no denim. The canyon can get a little chilly in the evening, so please bring a light jacket or sweater for the outdoor portions of the event.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please be to the outlaw lift by 4:00pm where guests will load and ride the lift to the Mandan summit. The lift ride is approximately 10 minutes. Event coordinators will cut guests off from entering the ceremony area by 4:25. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes. There are two lots available to park in. One is walkable to the wedding and the other offers shuttle service. Please arrive to Sundance with enough time to park/walk/shuttle to the outlaw lift no later than 4:00pm.

What should I expect on the ski lift to the ceremony?

Answer

No stress! The lift operators are happy to stop the lift for anyone who is nervous about loading/unloading or needs just a little extra time to feel comfy. There is a bar to hold you in securely and the ride will be smooth and slow. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sundance!

Can I take pictures?

Yes! Snap away and please share. But please, kindly refrain from taking any photos or having your phone out during there ceremony. We'd love for you to be present with us! Also, your phone is so not cute in the photos our professionals will capture.

Do I need my ID?

Answer

YES. We will have a bar full of specialty cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic options for our guests. If you plan to partake in an alcoholic beverage, Sundance requires an ID for EVERY guest no matter their age. Strictly enforced.

Are we dancing?

Absolutely! Once dinner and formalities are wrapped up, we’re looking forward to a packed dance floor and a night of celebrating with our favorite people. Please do get a little ridiculous.
