What about gifts?

Answer

The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a contribution towards our honeymoon. Is there a dress code?

Answer

Ladies, evening gowns are encouraged, however, the bridal party will be wearing black, so please avoid this colour. Gentlemen, smart suits please. Black suits are fine, however, the grooms party will be wearing bow ties, so please avoid this style.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited space, only those listed on the invitation should attend the wedding.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Please ensure cars are collected by 10 am on Sunday 17th August.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Day guests, please ensure you arrive between 1:30 pm - 1:50 pm as the ceremony is due to start at 2 pm. Evening guests, please join us from 7pm.

Am I allowed to take photos during the day?

Answer

We have a fabulous team of photographers to capture our special day, therefore, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. The bride and groom request that any photos taken throughout the rest of the day are uploaded to the drive created, via the QR code dotted around the venue. They would love to see their day through the moments you capture.

Does the wedding venue accept cash?

Answer

Bourton Hall is a cashless venue, so all transactions are card only (American Express is not accepted).

Question

Can I set up a bar tab?

Answer

Bar tabs will only be set up by handing over a debit/credit card to our bar team. This will be secured in a safe and only handed back once the tab has been paid.

Question

What is happening on the Sunday?

Answer

All our guests are invited to join us for a Sunday lunch at the Draycote Hotel from 12pm onwards. Please confirm your attendance for this via the RSVP area.
