When is the rsvp deadline to attend the wedding?

September 21st, 2025. *No Exceptions.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have only reserved room block at the Hyatt Place. However, there are other hotels nearby the wedding venue which are listed under the "Travel" tab.

When is the deadline for booking the hotel?

Answer

In order to take advantage of the discount, you must have your reservation in by September 5th, 2025.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire is required. The Bride and Groom request that guests avoid wearing white.

Can I have a Plus One?

Answer

Due to spacing restrictions, the ceremony and reception will be limited to the guests listed on your invitation.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

This is an adult affair. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to attend.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?

You are in luck! Everything will be held at the Hyatt.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

There is free on-site parking.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

All guests need to arrive and seated by 3:30pm

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with the reception following indoors.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony that our guest "Unplug" and enjoy the once in a lifetime moment. We ask that guest do not take out their phones for photos.

What time does the reception begin?

Directly following the ceremony, a cocktail hour will be held.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

We have selected food options for those that are vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and have tree nut and fungi allergies.

Will there be an Open or Cash Bar?

We are having an open bar, but cash tips to the bartender are appreciated.

Is there anything I should bring as a guest?

Since we are having an outdoor ceremony, please bring what you need to feel comfortable.
