Welcome Event

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We kindly invite guests to join us for an evening of cocktails and refreshments as we welcome you to Costa Rica and begin our wedding celebrations.

The welcome event is at the Convention Center. You may follow the signs to the convention center, if you would like to walk or you can go the lobby to ask for a cart to take you to the convention center. Attire: Spring Dinner Attire No suits or tuxedos No jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers Please arrive on time and dressed for the occasion.

Excursion/ Tour (Rincón de La Vieja)

7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Participation is limited to guest who registered and prepaid in advance

Pickup is at 7:30 Am at the Westin Playa Conchal front lobby. What to Bring: Bathing suit Closed-toe shoes Towel Change of clothes Bug spray & sunscreen Sunglasses Camera Cash Please wear comfortable outdoor or workout clothing. Tennis shoes or water shoes are recommended. It’s going to be HOT, so don’t forget your shades!

Wedding

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Important Notes: Everyone should already have their outfits. Items to bring shoes and jewelry of your choice Preferred shoe colors: clear, silver, or brown (no specific style or brand) Braids should be freshly done (no more than one week old ) Unplugged Ceremony: No phones allowed—we want you to enjoy the moment! We promise full photo & video coverage.

3:30 p.m. – Guest Arrival & Transportation Guests are requested to gather at the Bar Central by the Mitra Market for transportation to the ceremony location. 4:30 p.m. – Wedding Ceremony 5:00 – 5:45 p.m. – Post-Ceremony Photography & Transition 5:45-6:30 p.m. -Guests return to the Bar Central by the Mitra Market area to mingle while the couple completes photographs 6:30 p.m. – Transition to Reception 7:10 – 7:30 p.m. – Welcome Remarks & Toasts 7:30 – 8:25 p.m. – Dinner Service (Plated) 8:25 – 8:40 p.m. – Cake Cutting & First Dance 9:05 – 10:00 p.m. – Bouquet Toss & Evening Dancing 10:00 p.m. – After-Party Celebration Guests are welcome to continue the celebration at the Imperial Bar to end the night with music and drinks.

Celebration Adult Catamaran Cruise

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Pick up time will be 1:30PM Westin Playa Conchal front lobby This is an ALL-WHITE affair 🤍 Please purchase: An all-white swimsuit or swim trunks Optional white cover-up Optional white outfit if you don’t want to stay in swimwear the entire time If you’ve never been on a boat, please consider taking motion sickness medication.
