Guests are welcome to arrive from 3:00pm. To ensure a smooth start, we kindly request that everyone arrives by 3:25pm, with the ceremony beginning at 3:30pm. Should you arrive after the ceremony has commenced, please wait at the bottom of the hill until the wedding party, bride and groom have taken their positions.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Join us for a drink and photos at one of the bars at Howard Smith Wharves while the venue is prepped
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Please make your way back to the venue at 4:50pm and use the seating map to find your seat. Dinner will be served as a shared four-course feast. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and ensure to remind the staff serving your table. Select wine and beer will be complimentary from the bar, with spirits and cocktails available to purchase at your own costs.
