FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is “Garden Formal.” We kindly ask guests to dress in elevated, semi-formal attire suitable for an outdoor garden setting. WOMEN: Think sundresses, midi or maxi flowing dresses, jumpsuits, tailored pants with a lighter fabric blouse. MEN: Think soft colored suits or a collared shirt and/or blazer and nice Khakis/Chinos. Color/Patterns: We encourage guests to wear soft colors or rich jewel tones — floral designs are especially welcome! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing shades of white or any color so light it could be mistaken for white, we appreciate your understanding in maintaining the decorum of this special day. Please Note: Our reception venue (Legacy Club) has an upscale dress code meaning guests should look sharp, avoiding overly casual items, gentlemen need closed toe shoes. While your ceremony attire should be suitable, please ensure you dress accordingly or they may turn you away at the door. NO; swimwear, flip-flops, men’s sandals, ball caps, knit hats, hoods, sports apparel, jerseys, graphic/worn tees, excessively torn or baggy clothing, athletic/running shoes. The vibe is “dress to impress”

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 5:30pm, please arrive no later than 5:20pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony. Please be advised: Due to the F1 racetrack setup, travel times to the venue may be longer if you’re staying off the Strip or at a nearby hotel. Caesars Palace is one of the largest properties in Las Vegas, which can make navigation challenging. Please review the directions below from the main entrance, and consider arriving early to give yourself plenty of time to find the venue and ensure an on-time arrival.

Question

How do I locate the venue?

Answer

• Start at the main front entrance (facing the fountains on Las Vegas Boulevard). Enter through the main doors into the Caesars Palace lobby. • Walk straight past the hotel check-in area toward the casino floor. • When you reach the casino floor, keep to the right and follow signs for “Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis.” • Continue following the signs toward the pool area — you’ll pass some shops and restaurants along the way. • When you reach the entrance to the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis, stop by the pool desk (they’ll point you toward the chapel area if needed). • The Venus Garden Chapel is located outdoors, near the Venus Pool area inside the Garden of the Gods Pool complex. TIPS: • Please allow 10-15 minutes walking time from the front entrance to the chapel. • Look for overhead signs to lead you in the right direction. “Pool” or “Venus Garden” will keep you on track. • If lost, ask any Caesars staff for direction to the Venus Garden and they will walk you, or point you in the right direction.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, but the venue is well shaded. Please note weather in late September can still reach temperatures in the low 90’s. We have selected a later ceremony to hopefully ensure everyone’s comfortability.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We will be having an “unplugged ceremony” meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”, We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

For those of you who will be brining your children, we kindly ask you watch them closely to keep interruptions to a minimum. Please note: Las Vegas is not generally considered a “kid-friendly” destination, smoking is permitted in many areas, including inside most buildings & our cocktail reception will be held in a 21+ establishment. If you choose to bring children, please plan accordingly.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 12, 2026 by clicking on the RSVP tab in the menu above, please also contact one of us with hotel and/or flight booking confirmation. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 12, you will be marked as “not attending”. If you find yourself able to join after the deadline, we would love to have you during our ceremony as we do not have a space limit. However, we have to provide exact numbers to reception vendors by August 12 and cannot accept late RSVP’s for that, there will be no after ceremony accommodations for you.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please select “not attending” on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. If you have already selected “attending” and find you cannot make it, please let Trinity or Tyree know as soon as you are aware.
