A Love That Was Meant to Be

18 years ago, James use to hang out at TGIFriday’s with his friends. Tyra use to do the same. For weeks the two watched each other from across the restaurant, constantly making eye contact, smiling then quickly looking away, but never uttering more than a hello. One night James casually walks up to Tyra and says, "You look nice tonight". Instead of simply saying thank you, Tyra said, "It took you long enough to notice". They laughed, hugged, and the two have been together ever since. After the birth of their son Malcolm Isaiah in January 2016, James and Tyra decided it was the perfect time to make their union official and celebrate their love with family and friends.
