We met just weeks before the Covid pandemic, a moment that set the stage for a unique and transformative first year together. As quarantine guidelines locked the world down, we found ourselves navigating the uncertainties of life side by side. In those challenging months, we spent our time learning about one another and ourselves with true authenticity, discovering solace in each other’s company. Through the isolation and unknowns, our bond deepened, transforming adversity into a foundation of trust and love. We learned to appreciate the simple moments, turning our shared experience into a home where we could weather any storm together.

The moment we decided that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together, we also decided that we wanted the proposal to be mutual.
