In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited will be accommodated. There will be a distinction as to whom is invited in the RSVP link.
While we love your little ones, this is an 21+ occasion, with the exception of those whose children are in the wedding.
Only those participating in the wedding ceremony will be invited to attend the rehearsal dinner, allowing for an intimate evening of gratitude and connection with our closest family and wedding party. Following the rehearsal dinner, we will be hosting a welcome celebration where all friends and family are warmly invited to join us. We would be honored for you to gather with us to greet the bride and groom, and to enjoy an evening of cocktails, conversation, and joyful anticipation as we begin our wedding festivities together.
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow ample time for parking and to be comfortably seated. As the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m., we recommend planning to arrive by 3:30 p.m. To preserve the sanctity and uninterrupted flow of this special moment, once the ceremony has begun, entry will be paused until its conclusion. We are so grateful for your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you.
Kindly note that if we do not receive your RSVP by the date indicated on the formal invitation, we will assume you are unable to attend and you will be marked as “Not Attending.” We truly hope you can join us for this special celebration.
Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! Please make arrangements to safely travel to and from the venue.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a duo plated dinner. Each guest will receive a combination plate featuring both entrée options, no meal selection is necessary. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when submitting your RSVP so we can accommodate your needs. A large selection of desserts and late-night bites will also be available to enjoy as the celebration continues.
Please RSVP by the date indicated on your invitation. A “Yes” RSVP is a commitment to attend, as every seat and place setting is carefully planned and reserved for our guests. We kindly ask that you do not RSVP “Yes” if you are unsure, as it impacts the flow of the celebration and the experience for all attendees. The welcome party will be held on the Rooftop of Hotel Verdant in downtown Racine on Friday June 19th from 7:00-10:00pm. We will be serving delicious appetizers in a swanky, lively atmosphere, and all friends and family are warmly invited to join us for an evening of mingling, cocktails, and celebration.
