The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and the reception will also be outside under a covered tent.
Yes, the ceremony and reception are at Stoneleigh Golf and Country club.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit or a sports coat.
We are hoping for a clear spring day but check weather predictions ahead of time and plan to bring an umbrella if needed. We have indoor options available if it rains but will need to go outside to venture from the ceremony to cocktail to reception space on the property!
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head to the cocktail hour area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.
There is free parking on the property with signage to show where to go.
Due to space limitations, the reception must be by invitation only. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and within our venues seating capacity. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Yes - we have a hotel block at SpringHill Suites Ashburn Dulles North as well as Tru Ashburn. We expect all hotels in the area to sell out quickly as it is MDW so plan to book early!
You are free to drive to the venue and park there. If you are staying at Springhill Suites or Tru in Ashburn then there will be a shuttle at the front of the hotel at 4 pm to pick you up. Please check that you get on the correct shuttle. They will depart at 4:10pm. The same shuttle will be available to take you back to the hotel after the wedding at 10:30pm. Make sure you get on the correct shuttle to your hotel as we have two!
