FAQs

In our FAQ page we have outlined our Code Of Conduct for this event as well as added some other useful information you may find yourself looking for.
Question

Code Of Conduct

Answer

During our wedding ceremony and reception all guests will be held to a strict code of conduct to ensure the peace of mind and comfort of all of our guests. While we have guests coming from all walks of life we do expect them to abide by the rules set out so as to create a safe space for everyone. There will be absolutely no racist, homophobic, bigoted, ableist, or sexist behavior allowed. Additionally, any conversational topics about Donald Trump will not be allowed. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will have you removed from the wedding festivities.

Question

What is the nearest airport to the hotel venue?

Answer

The nearest airport to our venue is the 'Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport' abbreviated to MFR. We recommend booking flights to this airport farther out to get the best prices. However, you may find that it is cheaper to fly into SFO (San Francisco) and rent a car to drive up to Ashland, Oregon.

Question

Are photos allowed during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

While there is no ban on taking photos, during our wedding festivities, we do request that photos not be taken. We have hired a professional photographer to take photos of the time we spend with you and we would be happy to share those when we get them back.

Question

What should we do while we are in Oregon?

Answer

On the 'Things to do' tab of our website we have added fun things you may want to do/see while you are visiting. However, this list is by no means exhaustive and we recommend you look for other local things you can do that are relevant to your interests.

Question

When will you be arriving in Ashland?

Answer

We will be driving up to Ashland on Thursday the 17th. While we don't expect all of our guests to show up this early, it does let us spend as much time as possible with you leading up to the wedding day! Please remember that you can show up whenever your schedule allows. We are just happy to have you!

Question

Can I text/call you the day of with any last minute questions?

Answer

We kindly request that you not text or call the Bride or Groom on the wedding day as they will be organizing last minute details and getting ready. There will be a day of coordinator on site for last minute questions and we will update our FAQ with who to contact if you have inquiries.

Question

Should I RSVP to the Bride's wedding shower?

Answer

Please RSVP to the Shower so that we can have an accurate count on who will be in town to attend. We will also have an event hosted by the Groom's party at the same time that does not require an RSVP. Please only RSVP if you are attending the Shower.

Question

Are Children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Respectfully, we ask that children not come to the wedding as there will be a bar for guests.
