He proposed on March 2nd, 2019. We planned to go to the ice castles in Lake Geneva with my older sister and brother-in-law. He accidentally slipped that my parents and little sister were coming too and I was super confused as to why I didn't know they coming beforehand but he covered it well stating it was for my dad's birthday since we weren't able to celebrate it with him yet. He thought I knew what was going on because I made so many comments throughout the day that would lead him to believe it. The best comment I made was when we went to Barnes & Nobles and I found an eight ball and asked if I was getting proposed to today, of course jokingly. I guess I really scared him, haha. But I promise, I was 100% surprised and had absolutely no idea!

We're high school sweethearts. We're also each other's first boyfriend and girlfriend!

Original wedding date: 10.10.2020 First postponement date: 05.29.2021 Second postponement date: 10.01.2022 We cannot express how blessed we are to be safe and healthy during these past couple of years. Although we had to postpone our original wedding plans by two years, we are still as excited as ever and cannot wait to celebrate with all of you!
