The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same location listed on the previous page. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM—we kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3:45 and no later than 4:20. The ceremony should last about 45 minutes to an hour, and the reception will run from 6:00 to 10:00 PM. Valet parking will be available on-site at the venue.
The attire for our wedding is dressy casual, with fall-inspired colors encouraged. Please note that the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on soft ground and gravel, so we recommend avoiding high heels for comfort and safety.
November in Tucson is usually very pleasant, with daytime highs in the mid-70s and cooler evenings that can dip into the 50s. Since our ceremony and reception will both be outdoors, we recommend dressing in light, comfortable layers so you’ll stay cool during the day and cozy once the sun sets. A jacket or wrap is a good idea for later in the evening.
We’d still love to see you there! However, if we didn’t get your RSVP by the deadline, we can’t guarantee we’ll have a meal reserved for you—so you’re welcome to come celebrate, but you might not get fed.
Your invitation will indicate how many seats have been reserved for you. If you’re unsure or have concerns, you can reach out to the bride—but please note that additional accommodations aren’t guaranteed.
No, alcohol won’t be served, and we kindly ask that guests don’t bring their own. Thanks for understanding!
Dinner will include a choice of Chicken Marsala or Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. If you need special food accommodations, please reach out to the bride as soon as possible—the longer you wait, the less likely we’ll be able to make accommodations.
For hotel and travel information, please see the Travel page. Transportation will not be provided to or from the venue. The closest airport is Tucson International Airport, about 20 minutes away.
