Question

Is there a specific hotel I should stay at?

Answer

Yes! We blocked off rooms at the Four Points Sheraton at Albany. Make sure you give the Searles or Primett last name to get a discounted rate!

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel. The shuttle will pick you up from the Hotel at 2:30pm to bring you to the venue. To bring you back to the hotel the shuttle will make multiple rounds starting at 10:00pm

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

4:00pm! We recommend everyone arrive 15-30 minutes early. Please don’t be late!

The ceremony and reception are all at Pond Hill Pavilion. 20 Brownrigg Rd Feura Bush, NY

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal please. We ask kindly for no female guests to wear black, cream or white. We also would like our male guests to refrain from wearing shorts

While we love your little ones, we kindly request an adult only wedding

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

In effort to keep our wedding intimate only the guests formally invited on your invitation will be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding! Any questions please reach out to us!

What if I need help getting to where the ceremony is?

Answer

The ceremony will be by the Pond which is down a grassy hill. Our venue coordinator can give you a ride down the hill if you need assistance getting to your seat

Question

Will I be able take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask everyone to put their cameras and phones away and be present in the moment with us. Trying to take your own photos during the ceremony makes it harder for our photographer and videographer to do their jobs.

Will food be served?

Answer

Of course! We are having a buffet style reception. Please bring your appetite! We will be having a mashed potato bar and a make your own pasta station during the cocktail hour.

Question

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

We will be having an open bar. Please enjoy yourself but drink responsibly! The only cash you will need is if you would like to tip the wonderful bartenders!
