Tyler and I really love visiting Mount Vernon. The grounds, home, and gardens are full of history, beauty, and stories.

The Hirshhorn is the modern art museum and also has a wonderful sculpture garden. There are so many (free!) Smithsonian museums and all of them offer something unique. We love Old Town, Alexandria! There are tons of antique and second-hand stores, we love the Torpedo Factory Art Center, and we always get a good laugh when we walk by the Spite House!

We love going to East Potomac -- there's so much to do! 3 golf courses, a driving range, tennis courts, walking/biking trails, mini golf, and more!
