What time should we arrive at venue?

Answer

Please be at the Venue before 3:00 pm so ceremony can start on time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Wear anything “dressy casual” we want guests to be comfortable.

Can we use our phones?

Answer

We ask that all phones are put away and on silent during the ceremony. As far as the reception goes we encourage you to take as many photos as you would like! Please also send them to the bride or groom so we can enjoy them too!

WiFi and reception

There is no WiFi at Conrad ranch. AT&T gets the best cell reception.

What are the rules on alcohol?

Answer

There will be an open bar for a 2 hour period from 5:30-7:30. There will be beer, wine, and champagne served, no hard alcohol. We ask that nobody brings outside alcohol to the venue as it is against the rules. Please drink responsibly.

What if we are bringing kids?

Answer

We encourage you to bring your kids! Kids need to be supervised by an adult at all times as there is a large pond in the middle of the venue. Please make sure the kids do not throw anything in the pond like rocks, sticks and etc. We will have a kids table for their entertainment as well!
