Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope.

Can my kids come?

Answer

To allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we've decided to make our wedding a child-free event. This pertains to children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, kids and teens.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dressy casual, no jeans or white please! Co workers- Please do not wear your Steve Lewis attire. We see you in that every single day! May we suggest the following: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the various outdoor terrain. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

For the first hour there will be an open bar, after that it will be a cash/card bar. Please drink responsibly and get home safely, we love you. Our venue has a strict no shot policy and will cut you off if you seem to have over done it!

Is this an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, reception will be under a tent. Please dress accordingly!

What If I’m Running Late?

Answer

Do not text the bride and groom. If you are running late and it is during the ceremony time you will unfortunately miss it, we will not wait for you, you should have planned better :)

What time should I arrive/leave?

Answer

Please do not arrive any earlier than 2:15. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3. This is going to be a quick night- last call is at 8:30. A good ol Irish goodbye is totally acceptable by us, you don’t need to interrupt our dancing to say goodbye. We love you, and thank you for making the trek to be here with us today.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope. Kindly RSVP before June 23, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after that date will be marked as 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after the deadline.

What is the parking like?

Answer

There will be parking attendants directing you where to go. Parking will be in a grass field at the venue. Handicapped parking is available, please give us a heads up if this is needed so we can notify the venue.

What Else Should I know?

Answer

As part of our celebration, we’d love for you to bring a sticker that represents you, something you love, or a shared memory! We’ll be using a non-traditional “guest book” and would be thrilled to have it decorated by the ones we love most.
