Think of elegant wedding attire with rustic alpine style. • For women, this could mean floral midis, flowing maxis, cocktail dresses or jumpsuits paired with block heels, leather boots or whatever you feel great in! • For men, this is the sweet spot between rugged, stylish and refined and could include sharp tailored pieces, western accents, bolo ties, slacks, chinos, sport coat or suit. Ties are not required. Keep in mind that Boettcher Mansion sits at a 7,550 feet of elevation at the top of Lookout Mountain in Golden, CO. High-altitude weather likes to change fast, so we highly recommend bringing a jacket or wrap to stay cozy when the sun goes down.

We ask that our guests arrive no sooner than 4 p.m., and no later than 4:20 p.m. so that the ceremony can begin on time at 4:30 p.m. The venue does not permit wedding guests to enter before 4 p.m. We thank you for respecting Boettcher Mansion's policies.
The safest and most recommended route to the Boettcher Mansion (900 Colorow Rd, Golden, CO) is via Interstate 70 West. This route avoids the very steep and winding Lookout Mountain Road (part of the Lariat Loop), which can be very challenging to navigate.
Free parking is available right on-site at the mansion. However, the drive up Lookout Mountain involves winding switchbacks that can be tricky in the dark. We highly recommend carpooling or using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft if you plan on enjoying the open bar!
