We encourage semi-formal to formal attire, but our first priority is for every guest to feel comfortable and ready to party! Please keep in mind we will be moving between indoor and outdoor areas in the mountains in April and there will be a bonfire at night. A change of clothes or layers is recommended. There will be space set aside for you to place any coats/layers and change.
The shuttle service will pick up guests from their lodging and bring them to the venue around this time. Grab a glass, relax, and enjoy the stunning venue as we prepare for the ceremony!
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
The Ceremony will take place outside in the Meadow (weather permitting). Please consider bringing a coat. Heel-wearers, please keep in mind this is outdoors on soft ground and you will not be able to wear stilettoes.
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
All guests will receive their own mini-charcuterie board, which will take their food allergies and preferences into consideration.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Dinner will be buffet style. Allergies and food preferences will be taken into consideration and fully marked.

8:00 pm
We recommend having a change of clothes or a coat due to the weather and proximity to a fire. Heel-wearers, please keep in mind this is outdoors on soft ground.
Desserts will be served outdoors (weather permitting). A bonfire will be lit and all guests will be given kits to make s'mores
9:30 pm
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The shuttle service will be available to bring guests back to their lodging. The Wedding officially ends at 11pm and all guests will have returned or will be returning to their lodging by that time.
