Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Tyler Cerini and Sophie Kucer
We are so excited to share some of our favorite recommendations in Charleston! There is SO MUCH Charleston has to offer - so this list is very long!
Plantation Day

Plantation Day

Charleston, SC 29414

There is so much to do here! I would say almost a full day worth. There is a boat ride, alligator spotting, swamp gardens, and history tours! Popular plantations are: - Magnolia Gardens - Boone Hall Plantation - Middleton Plantation - Drayton Hall

King Street

King Street

King Street, Charleston, SC

King Street in Downtown Charleston is veryyy long - but a must! It is where all of the fun shopping, good restaurants, and awesome buildings are. It is also right next to where College of Charleston is! I would recommend starting at/near Marion Square and walk all the way to the battery/french quarter.

Rainbow Row & Pineapple Fountain

Rainbow Row & Pineapple Fountain

79-107 East Bay Street, Charleston, SC 29401

Rainbow Row is super popular for having colorful historic homes! It's located in one of the best areas of Charleston, The French Quarter. It is also right next to the famous pineapple fountain.

French Quarter

French Quarter

Charleston, SC 29401

Just some of the attractions you’ll find here include the French Huguenot Church, the Dock Street Theatre, the Pink House, the Old Slave Mart, and Waterfront Park. You can easily walk to the French Quarter from pretty much anywhere in Downtown Charleston. It’s only a 20-minute walk from Marion Square in the north and a 15-minute walk from White Point Garden in the south. Three streets in Charleston that run through the French Quarter include East Bay Street, State Street, and Church Street. One of the most iconic ways to see Charleston is by carriage — and this includes the French Quarter! Carolina Polo and Carriage Co., operates public and private carriage tours throughout the city. The guide will tell you all about the history of the neighborhood while you sit back and relax and let the horse do the walking for you! Tyler & I loved taking a tour because we learned so much about the rich history Charleston has to offer.

Cypress Gardens

Cypress Gardens

3030 Cypress Gardens Road, Moncks Corner, SC 29461

Very popular for canoe rides with alligators! We have never been, but will be this trip. The notebook canoe theme was filmed here.
