What should I wear to the welcome party?
Answer
Women should opt for a cocktail dress or nice skirt. Flat shoes or heels but not stilettos since the lawn is soft. Men can opt for a collard shirt or button down, and optional sport jacket. Khakis or slacks- no shorts please

Is there transportation from the hotel to the welcome party on Friday?
Answer
Yes! Shuttles will continue to run between locations throughout the night. The first shuttle will begin loading at The Tidewater Inn at 6:30 PM. We encourage all guests to take one of the early shuttles so we can enjoy dinner and sunset together. **These shuttles will only be leaving from the Tidewater Inn, not the surrounding hotels**

Is there a two night minimum stay at the Tidewater Inn?
Answer
If you would like to use our room block discount, there is a two night minimum. If you cannot make it to Friday night's festivities but would still like to join us on Saturday, you can book a one night stay through The Tidewater Inn website, however, the Motta/Tilghman room block discount will not apply.
