Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 15th, 2026 so we are able to accurately plan details for all of the guests attending. You can do this by scanning the QR code on the invitations sent out, or by visiting the "RSVP" tab of this website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony by 3pm to prepare for the start of 3:30pm. All wedding day activities will be at Cavallo Fields, signage will be provided so you know where to sit.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the day is semi-formal. The ceremony will be outdoors so please be mindful of the summer weather!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Those with a guest included on their invitation are allowed to bring a plus one. Outside of that, please do not bring guests that are not listed!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We welcome any children invited that are included in our invitations

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have purchased a room block at the nearby Springhill Suites, please visit the "Travel" tab to reserve a room with this special rate.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP, you'll have the opportunity to add any dietary restrictions we need to be aware of. Please make sure you add this information in so we can accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Cavallo Fields for both the ceremony and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Myers Transportation will shuttle guests from the hotel to the ceremony at 2:45p and 3p. Shuttles will also be provided at the end of the night starting 10:15p
